ANGIE ANSWERS THE FIVE W's
Who has inspired you to be who you are?
My mother, first and always. My friends and mentors, Wendy Smedley and Stacy Julian. And countless other strong and creative women who live authentic and courageous lives—some that I know personally, others that I've met through their words.
What do you believe with all of your heart?
That we are all more interesting than we think we are. That the best writers and storytellers are simply better at seeing and connecting the dots.
When did you know that this was your path?
Is this my path? Sometimes I feel like I'm still searching for it. The anticipation is what keeps me going.
Where is your favorite place on earth?
On my front porch with my 3-year-old, my husband, and three Dreyer's real-fruit popsicles.
Why are you here at BPC?
Because I believe that keeping the big picture in mind at all times will make the little things fall into place.
How do you do everything you do?
It's starting to really sink in that I can't do everything I want to do. So, I'm trying to train myself to recognize which things can abide a 50% or even 90% effort and which things require my full heart and soul.
