ABOUT CELINE

Céline Navarro is a 33-year-old French full-time scrapbook and mixed media artist, living in the South of France. She started blogging back in 2005, mainly to share her passions for arts and crafts, especially scrapbooking et le Mixed Media, but also about the music she likes, travelling (she travels a lot), and fashion—yep, girl stuff.

Céline is a CEO of Green Frog Studio Editions, which publishes {entreARTistes} magazine on a quarterly basis. She organizes scrapbooking and mixed media workshops and events everywhere in France and Europe, and she manages the {entreARTistes} community platform, as well as the online eShop. She is also a Studio Calico Creative Team member, a collaborator with Nokia and an author of the book, Scrapbooking: Inspiration et Techniques, published by Le Temps Apprivoisé. 

Céline also teaches scrapbook, mixed media, and photography workshops in France and everywhere in the world—Italy, Spain, Germany, England, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Holland, Israel, South Africa, Brazil, Panama, United States, Canada, La Réunion, New Caledonia, Singapore, and Australia.

Who are you?

I’m Celine, 50% French, 50% Spanish. I’m a Scrapbook and Mixed Media artist, teacher, blogger, photographer, globe-trotter, DIYer.

What do you believe with all of your heart?

Carpe Diem. Life is too short. Enjoy every single second of it!

When did you know that this was your path?

When my sister passed away. I hated my job at that time, was struggling during the day at work, but I knew I was going back home to my passion: scrapbooking and mixed media. And then, I told myself “why do you let yourself struggle at work while you LOVE doing that scrapbook thing?” I quit my job and started working full time in the Scrapbook industry. That was 8 years ago.

Where is your favorite place on earth?

Where all my family and friends are.

Why do you love your life?

Because it’s BEAUTIFUL! I get to make my passion a full time job, I travel thanks to it, my health and my family’s are just fine, my husband is awesome, and I am a teacher now here at BPC! Life’s amazing!

How do you do everything you do?

I rely on strong espresso coffee and French food!
