Get Those Creative Juices Flowing: Infusing Creativity into your Everyday Life

Taught by Amy Tan

Do you ever lack inspiration? That's a silly question—all of us have trouble getting those creative juices flowing at times.

Get Those Creative Juices Flowing is full of inspiration, techniques, tutorials, secrets and tips that can be used over and over again in future projects/crafts. Instructor Amy Tan (aka "Amy Tangerine") will change the way you look at scrapbooking forever. You'll never look at your piles of scraps in the same way, you'll start journal scrapbooking during your travels, and you'll realize that memory keeping doesn't have to be "neat and organized" to be meaningful.

Some of the class topics include:

  • Infusing creativity into the everyday
  • Creating on-the-go
  • Stretching your creative mind
  • Rethinking the way you record memories
  • Embroidering the easy way
  • Making unique handmade embellishments
  • Using the supplies you already have to make something extraordinary
  • Putting those scraps and fun bits you've been saving to good use

A Note From Amy

I'm very excited to announce my first Big Picture class. I've taught classes in-person in Tennessee and Hawaii (and places in between). In 201,0 I offered a successful workshop on my blog, and I am excited to be offering the BPC audience all of my creativity, ideas, and techniques via video, handouts, and tutorials at a reduced price! I plan on teaching many more classes at BPC and this is a great way for you to get to know my style!

Get Those Creative Juices Flowing includes:

  • Colorful instructional handouts with step-by-step instructions for creating scrap paper journals
  • Eight bonus handout with inspiration, techniques and step-by-step instructions
  • Instructional videos demonstrating techniques with step-by-step instructions

A "How-To Project" is a step-by-step eCourse that you can complete at your own pace. Comprised of video or audio files, PDF downloads, supply lists, and more, these eCourses take the guesswork out of planning and completing a creative project. This classroom will be available for access and download in your account until January 31, 2015.

Just follow the instructor's lead, add your own creativity and perspective, and then upload your finished project to the private gallery included in the online classroom.

How-To Projects do not include a message board to chat with fellow students or live interaction from the instructor. But you can always interact with us by emailing admin@bigpictureclasses.com. Enjoy!
