ABOUT FRANK

Frank Garcia is a mixed media artist, scrapbooker, art journaler, and watercolor artist. Frank has been in the scrapbooking industry for over 6 years. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge in scrapbooking, mixed media, altered art, and journaling as well as artful mini album creations. Frank currently is an endorsed Prima Educator and product designer for Prima Marketing Inc. He enjoys educating students on different scrapbooking techniques and classes ranging from dimensional layout creation to mixed media art and more.

Frank is well known for his dimensional projects that are “off the page” and innovative. Frank is also one of the instructors on Live with Prima and the Editor of Prima Marketing’s My Prima Place Artzine. In his spare time, Frank is also the founder and editor of PaperHaus Magazine, an inspirational scrapbooking art magazine.

Who are you?

I am a crafty, quirky, lover of all things vintage kind of guy!

What do you believe with all of your heart?

I believe that everyone has the ability to create what they want however they want. Art has no rules, just craft and enjoy!

When did you know that this was your path?

When I walked into my local craft store and walked out with $300 worth of stuff. Seriously. I have been crafty all my life, so this always was a perfect fit.

Where is your favorite place on earth?

Paris, France.

Why do you love your life?

I love my life because it’s the most valuable thing I have. Expressing my love for life is one of the reasons I craft.

How do you do everything you do?

Sometimes I don’t know, lol. Half of the time I am running with my head cut off. At the end, it all comes together.
