ABOUT MELISSA

Melissa Shanhun is a newly-minted 30-something who lives in Perth, Western Australia with her husband, and two little ones. Melissa’s been teaching Photoshop Elements skills to hundreds of women over the past four years, through countless articles, and dozens of online classes and in person workshops. She is known for making the tech stuff simple, so everyone can use it to make their scrapbooking productive. Melissa loves using technology to document her life--and has several hundred layouts to show for it. Melissa is happiest creating, whether that be with watercolour, paper and ink, software or scrapbook supplies.

Who are you?

I am the one who talks too much, and at one time is a bit blonde but logical, philosophical but light-hearted.

What do you believe with all of your heart?

I am loved.

When did you know that this was your path?

I’ve always loved to teach others, so it isn’t a surprise that I’d bring it over to my passion for digi-scrapping.

Where is your favorite place on earth?

I’m not sure I’ve discovered it yet! But I am convinced I’ve found the best beach in the world, at Lucky Bay, Esperance, Western Australia.

Why do you love your life?

Because of the people in it.
