Hello. Thank you so much for coming tonight.  Here's what I'm hoping we can accomplish together. 

I want to begin our chat by explaining a couple of adjustments that we have made to our Friday announcement. We are hoping that these adjustments will make your life a little less painful during this transition to the new Big Picture Classes. I am then planning to answer questions that our team has gathered from various places online over the weekend and finally, I will be available to answer any additional questions you have tonight. If we still have time, I'd love to share more about why these decisions have been made and why we feel like this is the best course for our BPC community moving forward. We will be archiving this chat, so that you can return and review it at your convenience.
