In 2012, Stacy and more than 900 scrapbookers embarked on a year-long journey to complete 144 meaningful, story-based layouts in just one year. Every month, these inspired women scrapbooked about Everyday Life, Places, Rituals, Holidays, People, Personality, Things, Family Stories, Seasons, and the all-important topic of Me. They also explored new ways to find Inspiration and to have more Fun with scrapbooking.

Now you can join in the journey, in a more bite-sized and manageable way, in Inspired Scrapbooking! Every month in 2014, Stacy is introducing her students to one of the twelve themes, sharing four favorite layouts of her own, plus one new layout she creates in real time to share on a live classroom blog. No matter when you sign up, you can enjoy instant access to all previous content, and you'll be there to enjoy all new content as it arrives at the first of each month!

About Stacy

Stacy is the founder of online education at Big Picture Classes. She was also the founder of Simple Scrapbooks magazine (2002-2009). Stacy is married to her perennial-loving husband who now boasts 74 different genuses (from Achillea Millefolium to Wisteria Sinensis) in their yard, and yes, he maintains an alphabetized listing! Stacy and Geoff are parents to four sons and one daughter (an adopted princess from Korea). Their daily life is both full, frenzied, and very fun.

Stacy took her first scrapbooking class in the summer of 1994 and still hankers after the opportunity to spend time with her pictures and play with happy, colorful, papers and products. Stacy says: "Scrapbooking reminds me of all that is good and worthwhile and often restores creativity and clarity—both of which I desperately need as a work-at-home mom!"

A Guided Workshop is an online, interactive eCourse that is taught in real time by one or more expert instructors. Guided Workshops have a specific start and end date, with a limited registration period.

Content is delivered via a combination of video tutorials, written lessons, project examples, downloadable handouts, printables, digital downloads, and more. You are invited to log into the private online classroom as often as you wish during the live class.

You are also welcome to download and keep anything you wish. 

During class, you'll enjoy direct access to the instructor both via email and via the classroom message board, as well as a real sense of community and camaraderie with hundreds or thousands of fellow eLearners.

There are opportunities to connect with fellow students via the classroom message board, the private gallery, and scheduled chats (depending on the class).
