Made from Scratch: Accordion Album: Accordion Album
Taught by Tammy Tutterow
If you have a few scraps of chipboard and some sheets of cardstock, you have the makings of an awesome mini album, and this class can show you how!
Have you ever had the perfect idea for a mini album and wanted to get started on it right away but didn't have a album in your stash that would work? Or maybe you had a project in mind and shopped and shopped and couldn't find the album you needed? The answer to your problem might be right in your stash of scrappy supplies, and you didn't even realize it! The answer is Made from Scratch!
In this class, you will make an accordion album from scratch that is packed with fun elements. The emphasis is on the construction of the album, so that you can take what you learn and use it again and again. The next time you are struck with inspiration and need an album, you won't need to search for one, because you will have the knowledge and tools to make one yourself from scratch. Though it takes a little more time and a little more effort than with a ready-made album, you will love the sense of accomplishment when you see what you have made from just a few basics.

A Note From Tammy
As a lifelong crafter and office-supply hoarder, I knew scrapbooking was for me, but I struggled with making pages. I love to look at what I create. I want to see my creations in my home and marvel in my own creativity (c'mon, admit it, you do too!). I didn't want to create art and then tuck it away in a book. I had an "aha" moment one day when I realized that I wasn't a scrapbooker. Really, I was a crafter who loved scrapbook supplies. What I wanted to do was to "make things." Since that day, I've been very fortunate to have the opportunity to make things for several manufacturers, and I've been blessed to share my love of making things with others through teaching.
